We can help you register a domain, but we can’t guarantee that the name you want will be available or registered in your name until confirmed. You shouldn’t take any action based on your desired domain until you receive confirmation from us.
Your domain registration is subject to the rules of the relevant registry or naming authority. It’s your responsibility to understand and follow those rules. Any registration fee you pay to us is non-refundable, even if the domain isn’t registered.
If a dispute arises over a domain name you’ve registered through us, we won’t be involved in resolving it. We may suspend or cancel the domain if necessary, and we won’t release a domain to another provider until full payment has been made and the proper transfer request is completed.
We work hard to provide reliable hosting, but we can’t guarantee your website or data will never experience issues. You are responsible for keeping your data backed up and secure.
You agree to use your hosting account only for lawful purposes. You must not upload, link to, or share anything illegal, offensive, abusive, or harmful. That includes viruses, copyrighted material without permission, or anything that might break UK laws or infringe on the rights of others.
We strictly do not allow bulk email/marketing to be carried out using any of our plans. Transactional emails are permitted only however all recipients must be double opt-in and include a clear unsubscribe option. Spamming or sending unsolicited messages isn’t allowed.
Please don’t run software or scripts that use excessive system resources. If we find anything on your account that violates these rules or UK law – like illegal torrents, warez, or pirated media—we may remove it without notice and without refund.
You’re responsible for keeping your account details secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect any breach or misuse.
We expect you to keep your website and any software (including CMS or plugins) up to date. If your site is exploited or causes problems for other users, we may suspend or even rebuild your hosting account to protect our servers.
